"Lilia" did not want to have another abortion, she could not image going through it again. The memory of her last abortion hung on tight as she shared about her current situation. Lilia came to us pregnant, scared and alone. As we met with her she shared that last time her Mom told her that she either needed to abort her baby or find somewhere else to live. Lilia felt like her life was still not in order and she did not have any options, she felt alone and afraid.
We offered her hope and told Lilia that she didn't have to be alone,
because we would be there for her through her difficult decision. During her ultrasound room she told us that she really did want to have the baby, but just could not see how it would all work out because her life was a mess.
After learning more about her pregnancy and development of her baby,
Lilia decided she would choose to overcome her obstacles and choose
life! We just recently followed up with Lilia
again and learned that she had her sweet baby boy just recently! She and
her baby boy are both happy and healthy and doing great! She is still
adjusting to life with a newborn but says that she so happy she has him.
Praise Jesus for this saved life and that both "Lilia" and baby are doing well!
