We need about 100 volunteers the day of the walk to pull it off! 4000Steps is on Saturday, April 26th at North Raleigh Christian Academy. Take a look at the volunteer needs on the list and let us know what interests you. We will provide you with an awesome t-shirt the day of the walk (tell us your size).
Please do consider volunteering in more than 1 area if you are not walking with a team through the course.
Friday Set Up: 3:00-7:00 Help set up preliminary event pieces at NRCA. Some sort of dinner will be provided. We will not have your tshirts there that night, so if you want a shirt, plan to come Saturday too :) (Need about 20 people)
Parking: 7:00-9:30, 12-1:30 Help direct traffic in and out of NRCA. (Need about 3 people)
Set-Up: 6:30-8:30 AM Help setting up Obstacle Course, tables, ect for the day of the event (Need 20 people)
Obstacle Course Host: 7:00-11:30 Help set up and take down your assigned Obstacle, also speaking to groups about the specific obstacle as they walk through the course. Will use a mega phone :) There will be training for this. (Need about 10 people)
Kid's Games: 7:30-12:30 Set up, tear down and run a kids game during the walk (Need about 10 people)
Take-Down: 11:30-2:00 Help us break it all down and put it away (Need 20 people)
